Mull Works - finished!

All the works made with material gathered during my residency on the Ross of Mull are now substantially complete.

Its a been fantastic opportunity; Commissions like this - to be free to make new work unfettered by anything other than beautiful location is precious and I think I've made a group of works that are beautiful, challenging and represent the very best work I can make at this particular moment.

The work is now with Jack Lowe for him to weave his magic. Already I'm very pleased with them and I am very excited to see them at the size they were made to be.

This image follows on from an earlier "sketch" and was actually made in Mayo - which makes it a well traveled herring gull down feather and splash of Uisken seawater................
